NCC placed a rule on bulk sms called "DND". , means do not disturb
this affected alot of business .. when you send sms and it wont be deliver.
Due to this restriction, some of your customers will not receive SMS alerts. Additionally, SMS messages are not delivered at midnight for MTN.
only people or businesses with an operating license like Bank, MFB, MFI, Fintech etc are allowed to send sms to all numbers at anytime after whitelisting or apptoval.
we have worked partnership license to enable us whitelist SMS sender ID of all business on WIRED BANKING LITE (WBL) SMS Alert or Notification will not be reject or decline by DND restrictions.

Wired banking has been able to solve the problem by finding a way to ensure that all businesses on WBL are white listed, meaning your customers can now get sms alert at anytime. However you will be required to pay whitelisting fee to WBA to get approved
Processing fee is N5,000
Processing time: 7-14days
Once sender ID has been approved or whitelisted by network provider, all messages will be deliver to both DND and NoN DND number ...
Note: sometime airtel network might update sender ID.. however messages will deliver.
