How to update customer profile ( saying already exists )

To update customer profile,

login to your account, Go to customer management > account profile>>veiw >>> click on the blue pen

Enter the information you will like to add and click on update button above ,  however if customer email or username is empty . it will be required  at the point of update this means his or her profile  has to be completed

it black or empty because at the point of registering account you skip to enter email or username .

To avoid been asked for email or username at the point of profile update.. ensure to provide valid email  and username  and phoner at Registration

However you can create for customer temporary email  to skip the stress
