Do i have to go to NCC to apply for USSD code?

No you do not need to go to NCC to apply USSD code, as WBL already has a code you can subscribe to it and start using/

your customer are able to do the following from the code

.Check Balnce
Bank transfer

Wallet transfer

Pay bills

Buy airtime

Buy data

etc//

however if you want us to customized a unique USSD code for your institution is very possible, just engage us with your requirement and we will get back to you.
