Why is my Whatapp and USSD not working?

Please find reason why your ussd or whatapp banking will stoped working ..


1. Your USSD or WHASTAPP wallet has hit the threshold, when it is less than N500 >>> Expected response, for instance: WBL is not a subscribed to this service


2. Your customer balance has reach threshold or minimum balance of the savings product . >>> Expected responce eg: You do not have suffiecient balance to use this service 


3, The customer phone number is not properly enter eg: 234903030 instead of 090903030 >> Expected respnce :: You are not registered on any institution using  Wired banking


4. When the customer use wrong phone other than the registered phone number :: Expected respnce :: You are not registered on any institution using  Wired banking 


5. When customer is restricted from using USSD or WHTSASAPP  exptected responce eg: Chika, you are not subscribed to this services 



Elther than the above mentioned reasons, should you encounter any error . please contact support.
