How to Trace Reversals
Follow these steps to trace and understand reversals in the admin portal:
Log in to the Admin Portal:
- Access the system with your credentials.
Go to Transaction History:
- Navigate to NIP Payment Channel and select Transaction History to view all transactions.
Understand Reversal Types:
- Manual Reversal (Company Transfer):
- Credited to the Business Account.
- Business later credits the Customer’s Account.
- Auto Reversal (Bank Transfer Reversal):
- Both Customer and Business Accounts are credited automatically.
- Manual Reversal (Company Transfer):
Trace Specific Transactions:
- Use search filters (Transaction ID, Date, or Account) to locate a reversal.
- Confirm the credited accounts and amounts.
Resolve Issues:
- For missing credits or discrepancies, escalate to the finance team.
- Ensure timely updates for manual reversals.
