While on body ..
- Share Transaction reference
- Date/ Time
- Amount
- And state your request.
Any ticket without this structure, will be closed as it will be consider invalid.
Please don't reply to the ticket via email .. use the ticket portal to reply.. as sending email will create a new email which is duplicate and will be merge or closed.
Your support ticket request should be treated within 3hours - 72 hours depending on the case and bank response.
A ticket that has passed 72 hours kindly share the ticket number to support via WhatsApp for status.
