Understanding TSQ: Regular and Advance TSQ | Wired banking

In our NIP payment management system, we offer two types of Transaction Status Queries (TSQ): Regular TSQ and Advance TSQ. Each serves a specific purpose in resolving transaction issues.

Regular TSQ

Regular TSQ utilizes a transaction reference to resolve failed transactions. When you initiate a Regular TSQ, it will also return a session ID. If the issue is not resolved through this method, the session ID can be used for an Advance TSQ search to further investigate and rectify the problem.

If the issue persists after using Advance TSQ, you are now required to create a ticket using the session ID and reference for further review by our support team.

Advance TSQ

Advance TSQ is a more in-depth query option designed to address unresolved transaction issues. To utilize this option, please ensure you have the session ID from the Regular TSQ responce. This allows our system to conduct a thorough review of the bank's records to identify and resolve the issue and value reversed to source account.

Important Notice

  • Timing: Kindly ensure that all transactions have been performed at least 30 minutes ago before attempting to check NIBSS status. If a bank transfer has failed, a reversal will be processed. Otherwise, please create a ticket via the Help menu to contact support for assistance.

  • Payment Confirmation: If the receiving bank has not confirmed payment within 3 to 72 hours, please select "Advance TSQ," submit the session ID, and allow the system to review the bank's records.

  • Transaction Time Frame: It is important to note that transactions must be initiated within the last 30 days. If the transaction falls outside this period, please create a ticket via the Help menu to contact support for assistance.

By following these guidelines and utilizing the appropriate TSQ type, you can effectively resolve transaction issues and ensure smooth processing of your transactions and it reversal.
