Can by customer with internal account be able to transfer or receive payment?
Customers can transfer money from any of their accounts, whether virtual accounts or internal accounts, to other banks and also pay bills. They can do this using USSD, Lowo Wallet, or WhatsApp banking.
For transactions to proceed, the business wallet balance must be funded to cover the transaction amount. If sufficient funds are available, both the customer and the business will be debited, and the transaction will be processed successfully.
If the business account does not have sufficient funds, the customer will receive a response such as: "Switcher error, please contact support." Similarly, if a customer tries to withdraw more than their available savings balance, they will receive a response indicating "Insufficient balance."
WBA performs necessary checks to ensure there is no loss of funds before processing any transactions.
What bank will my customer select to make payment into internal account?
Your customer is to select : ASSET MATRIX MFB
enter their account number and make payment.. funds will be automatically credited to there account and company wallet is as well credited minus the applicable collection fee.
How to check if transaction is successfully debited or transaction processed.
Go to Nip payment ( eBanking ) menu
Click on Transaction history ... Detailed information will be displayed.
