i have access to approve loans from my desk but after following the ideal process the loans will still be waiting for approval, i have done this process severally on different customers but no changes

Loan Management has 3 levels of approval..
1. book Loan
2. Approval loan or reject Loan
3. Disburse loan by cash or customer account
3. Disburse loan by cash or customer account
Once the 3 processes are complete the loan will be marked as approved and ongoing ..
