I can't remember my password and I'm receiving credentials does not match what should I do ...
For security reason you need to reset your password, to do so, click on reset password under login page, you will be asked to enter company account number..
Account number was sent to you when you registered on WBL do well to check your email and enter the Account number .. New link will be sent to your email to reset your password after that login and you are restored to the service.
